Group Assessment

A fine group. Very disparate personalities and strengths but the group worked because you were not shy about asking for help. Ideas were respected.

I liked this group. No hesitation to question when confused, yet there was good self-reflection. You kept your ears and minds open.

I loved this group. One leader worked very hard to keep everyone together. I would like to see more shared leadership.

This group was way too fast. Not always in a bad way but the pace inhibits quiet reflection. Need to take some time with ideas.

The group had trouble having discussions across the table. Not enough sharing of thoughts with each other.

This was not really a group at all. It was four people sitting together. Occasional questions were half-heartedly discussed.
